This Shipping Policy for Artisan Leather outlines our commitment to ensuring your handcrafted goods reach you safely and efficiently.


1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Because our products are made of premium leather, each item undergoes a final quality inspection before being packed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our carrier's tracking portal.

4. International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Artisan Leather ships to most countries worldwide. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs & Duties: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Compliance: We ensure all international shipments include the necessary documentation (Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

5. Specialized Leather Packaging

To preserve the integrity and longevity of your leather goods during transit, we utilize professional packaging standards:

  • Moisture Control: Each item is packed with silica gel packets to prevent humidity damage or mildew.

  • Shape Support: Bags and structured accessories are stuffed with acid-free paper to prevent deformation.

  • Breathable Wrapping: We use cotton dust bags or tissue wrap instead of sealed plastic to allow the leather to breathe.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure secure, signed delivery of high-value leather goods.

  • Restricted Regions: If we are unable to ship to your specific location due to carrier limitations, you will be notified at checkout.

7. Damages & Lost Packages

Artisan Leather is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
