Where we ship
Artisan Leather ships from Ireland to Ireland and 13 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
Processing time
Every order is quality-checked and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays). If there is a delay, we will email you.
Delivery costs and times
All orders travel by tracked An Post.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays can occasionally happen, especially in December.
Customs and duties
We dispatch from Ireland, inside the EU, so there are no customs or import duty charges on orders delivered to Ireland or the EU. All prices include VAT.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of any damage, and we will put it right.
Delivery address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we will update it before dispatch.
